THESE PLOTS WERE REVIEWED BY THE COMMITTEE THAT FOUND THAT THESE WERE NOT CONSISTENT WITH CHAPTER 3 ARTICLE WHICH IS SUBDIVISION STANDARDS OF A RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO YOU TODAY WITH NO CONDITIONS. AT THE END OF FOUR STILL DRIVE. THE COMMITTEE DEFINED THAT THESE THREE PLOTS WERE CONSISTENT WITH CHAPTER 3 ARTICLE 2 OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE AND THEY ARE RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO YOU TODAY SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

THEY MUST MAKE CONSTRUCTION PLANS OR DRAINAGE PLANS WOULD HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE CITY ENGINEER PRIOR TO THE FILING OF THIS PLOT. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS MUST BE CONSTRUCTED OR FINANCIAL GUARANTEE IS TO BE PROVIDED WHICH IS BASICALLY SECURING THE APPLICATION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS. CITY STAFF MUST BE FURNISHED WITH THE TITLE COMMITMENT OR COMMITMENT LETTER ISSUED BY AN INSURANCE COMPANY WHICH IS CONFIRMING OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY PRIOR TO US RECORDING IT.

THE FINAL SLOT CAN BE SUBMITTED BUT WE WON'T RECORD THE FINAL PLOT UNTIL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS ARE IN PLACE AS APPROVED BY THE PRELIMINARY PLOT.

AND THEN ASKED CHERYL SAWYER WHO HAS DONE AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB OF LEADING UP THE COORDINATION EFFORTS ON THAT PROJECT TO GIVE YOU SOME MORE DETAILS ON WHERE WE ARE IN TERMS OF PREPARING COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND WHERE WE ARE GOING SHORT-TERM WITH THAT REPORT.
