THE REST OF THE INFORMATION JUST TELLS A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHAT THESE TASKS DO. YOU WILL SEE BEGINNING ON PAGE 10 OF YOUR DOCUMENT, THIS IS THE BUDGET ESTIMATE FOR TASK ONE THROUGH FIVE.

THE FIRST ONE SHOWS THE PROGRAM SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND TRAVEL, PUBLIC PARTICIPATION TITLE VI AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE.

WE ALSO INCLUDE ANY TRANSIT PLANNING CC TEST 1.4 IS TRANSIT PLANNING AND YOU ALSO SEE THAT IF THERE IS ANY CONSULTING WORK THOSE WILL ALSO BE INCLUDED IN HERE.

UNDER TASK TO ITS CAN BE FOUND ON PAGE 12 OF YOUR DOCUMENT. THIS INCLUDES THE GIS AND GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH DEVELOPMENT. IT ALSO INCLUDES PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND TRANSIT PLANNING DATA. AND THEN IN TASK THREE WHICH IS GOING TO BE ON PAGE 14, THIS IS GOING TO INCLUDE THE INFORMATION FOR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS WHICH IS THE TIP, TRANSIT BICYCLE AND MULTILEVEL PLANNING AND IN THE SHORT TERM TRANSIT PLANNING. AND THEN IN TASK FOR WHICH IS CAN BE FOUND ON PAGE 15 OF YOUR DOCUMENT, THIS INCLUDES THE LONG-RANGE PLAN AND THE TRANSPORTATION PLAN.

ONE OF THE THINGS I DO WANT TO POINT OUT IF YOU'LL NOTICE ON THIS COMPARED TO THE INFORMATION THAT WAS PROVIDED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKET TO THE BOARD MEMBERS THIS MORNING YOU WERE SENT OUT AN ADDITIONAL U PW AND IF YOU LOOK THERE ON THAT 5.3 IT'S A CITY LINK CONSULTANT. THIS IS UTILIZING AN FT 5304 FUNDING SO IT'S CITY LINK FTA FUNDING THAT WILL BE IN THIS MULTILEVEL STUDY.

THIS IS A DRAFT OF THE VERSION OF THE PW AND SO YOU CAN SEE THE 2022 AND 2023 $1,133,000 AND THEN FOR 2023 YOU CAN SEE THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS 445,000. .
