THE ITEM HERE AND INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKET IS THE PROJECT PRIORITIZATION AND SO IT HAS ALL THE BACKGROUND DATA FOR THIS AND SO THOSE PAGES IN YOUR DOCUMENT SHOW THE PERFORMANCE MEASURES AND THE THINGS THAT WE USED TO DO, THE PROJECT RANKING.

THE FIRST THING I WANTED TO POINT OUT THIS IS THE UNIFIED TRANSPORTATION PLAN AND THIS IS FOR 2022 AND IF YOU LOOK THERE AT THE TOP ABILENE MPO THIS IS THE FUNDING THAT WE RECEIVED OVER THAT YEAR TIME AND THIS IS ALL ESTIMATES, OF COURSE, BUT IF YOU LOOK ACROSS THEIR IT IS SHOWING 58061891 AND THAT IS FOR THAT TEN YEAR TIME THAT WE ARE DISCUSSING WITH THIS TEN YEAR PLAN. IF YOU LOOK ON, LIKE I SAID, IN THE BIG PAGE IN YOUR DOCUMENT OR ON THE SCREEN THE ITEMS IN RED ARE THE ITEMS THAT WE HAVE HAD A CHANGE TO SO WE ADDED IN THAT NEW ROADWAY THAT FM 1082 AND AT THE BOTTOM THERE THAT IS FM 1750 AND STATE LOOP 322 AND THOSE DO NOT HAVE FUNDING CATEGORIES ASSOCIATED WITH THEM AT THIS POINT AND SO YOU DON'T SEE ANYTHING EVER IN THE FUNDING PART OF THAT.

SO YOU CAN ALL SEE WHAT IS ON THE SCREEN HERE AND I WANT TO FOCUS ON THE RED BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, CURRENT CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND JUST HIT ON A COUPLE OF THOSE. ITEM NUMBER 11, RECEIVE A REPORT HOLD A DISCUSSION AND HOLD THE PUBLIC HEARING AND EVALUATION OF THE OF A VACUUM EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR. THE BOARD HAS ALREADY HELD OUR EVALUATION AND SENSE A PUBLIC HEARING WAS NOTICED I WILL OPEN UP THE PUBLIC HEARING AND WOULD ANYONE LIKE TO SPEAK FOR OR AGAINST THE VALUATION OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR? SEEN NO ONE, I WILL CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING.

THE POLICY BOARD HAS APPROVED A PAY RAISE FOR THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR IN LINE WITH THE PAY INCREASE THAT WAS APPROVED FOR THE CITY AT THE SAME TIMEFRAME AS THE CITY.

WE WILL MOVE TO ITEM NUMBER 12 WHICH IS ADJOURNMENT.
