WITH THIS USER FEE IT IS HARD FOR SOME OF THE ASSOCIATIONS TO PUT IMPROVEMENTS SCORE BOARD'S WHICH IS WHAT I'M TRYING TO WORK ON AND EVERYTHING TO HELP BRING IN TEAMS FOR OUR TOURNAMENTS. THE BACKFILL TO PROTECT THE UNBORN HAS SHIFTED FROM THE STATE TO THE LOCAL ARENA IN RECENT YEARS AND THERE WAS A LETTER THAT WAS SENT FOR THE RECENT PASSING OF ORDINANCES DESIGNATING LUBBOCK AS A SANCTUARY CITY FOR THE UNBORN AND THEY BELIEVE THAT LIFE BEGINS AT CONCEPTION. ALSO PROTECTING THE SANCTITY OF MOTHERS. THE PROPOSAL ARGUES THAT THESE ISSUES SHOULD BE UNLAWFUL TO PERFORM AN ABORTION OF ANY TYPE AND ANY STAGE OF PREGNANCY AGAINST THE CITY OF LUBBOCK TEXAS. AND WE WILL BE DOING BOTH MEN'S AND WOMEN'S RESTROOMS DOWNSTAIRS. THIS IS A SHOT TOWARDS THE BAGGAGE AREA OF THE LOWER-LEVEL. IT IS VERY DARK AND HEAVY. ALL BROWN TONES AND WE WANT TO BRIGHTEN IT UP. THAT WAS ONE SCENARIO. SCENARIO NUMBER 2 IS WHAT HAPPENS WITH THE PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX VALUES ALL THE TIME. IF WE HAD THE CURRENT SCENARIO AND WE ALSO HAD A $50 MILLION BOND OVER FIVE YEARS STARTING IN JANUARY OF 2023 AND COMPLETING THE BOND PROGRAM BY 2027. THERE IS A BIG DROP IN THE PAVEMENT CONDITION OVER THE NEXT 10 YEARS. AS YOU ADD MORE BONDS MONEY OBVIOUSLY THE PAVEMENT CONDITION INDEX IMPROVES FOR SCENARIO NUMBER 2, SCENARIO NUMBER 3 AND SCENARIO NUMBER 4 AND FIVE.
