THIS PROPERTY IS OWNED BY KEYCITY CAPITAL, AND A REQUEST TO HAVE A 10 FOOT VARIANCE ON A 50 FOOT LOT WITH MEDIUM DENSITY ZONING LOCATED AT 1150 GRAPE STREET. HERE IS AN AERIAL MAP SHOWING THE PROPERTY, CURRENTLY IT IS A VACANT LOT.

WE'VE HAD SEVERAL INSTANCES OF VEHICLES HITTING THE FENCE. ALSO, THERE ARE NO MULTIFAMILY HOMES DIRECTLY EAST. OUR HOUSE IS DIRECTLY EAST OF THAT. AND THEN THE REST OF THE HOMES ON THE BLOCK ARE SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS.'VE BEEN THERE SINCE 2008. THERE ARE TWO DUPLEXES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BLOCK. NO OTHER DUPLEXES ON THE BLOCK.
