CORRECTIONS FROM THE BOARD. >> MR. CHAIRMAN, I'VE BEEN ASKING MY COLLEAGUES AND INESS I THINK THERE IS A CORRECTION ON 22-(000)380-2429. THE MINUTES INDICATE THAT MR. SCHRADER MADE THE MOTION AND SECOND BY MR. ALRED ON BOTH OF THOSE MOTIONS.

I ACTUALLY MADE THE MOTION ON BOTH OF THOSE. AND MR. ALRED SECONDED BOTH OF THOSE. AND THAT'S THE ONLY CHANGE I FOUND.

MS. JONES DID YOU GET THOSE CORRECTIONS? >> YES, SIR.

ANY APAPPEAL MUST BE FILED IN DISTRICT COURT WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE AGREED PARTY RECEIVES NOTICE OF THIS BOARD'S DECISION.

TRAVELERS HOLDERRING AS. TRAVELERS HOLDING TO BE THE OWNER, SECRETARY OF STATE SHOWS CAPITAL CORPORATE SERVICES TO BE THE REGISTERED AGENT. TAX RECORDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY ARE NOT APPLICABLE. YOU'LL RECORDS OF THE MUNICIPALITY HAVE SHOWN TO BE INACTIVE SINCE 2020. THE SEARCH REVEALS TRAVELERS HOLDINGS, LLC TO BE PUBLIC OWNER THIS WAS A PUBLIC NOTICE POSTED ON THE STRUCTURE FOR TODAY'S HEARING THIS IS THE FRONT SOUTH SIDE OF THE OF FIS OF THE HOTEL STRUCTURE THIS IS THE REAR NORTH SIDE OF THE OFFICE STRUCTURE AND THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE. AND THE WEST SIDE OF THE STRUCTURE.

SO UPON INSPECTION THESE WERE THE SUBSTANDARD CODE VIOLATIONS, INADEQUATELY SANITATION, STRUCTURAL HAZARDS, NUISANCE, HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL WIRING, HAZARDOUS PLUMBING, HAZARDOUS MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, FACULTIY WEATHER PROTECTION. THIS WAS LAST PRESENTED TO THE BOARD IN APRIL OF 2022. AND SO THERE ARE SOME COMPARISON PHOTOS TO THE MOST RECENT PHOTOS WHICH WERE TAKEN IN JULY OF 2022. YOU CAN SEE THE NUISANCE VIOLATIONS. THERE ARE SOME EXTERIORDY LAPPATION IDENTIFIED.

YOU HAVE A SIGN THAT HAS DETERIORATED FROM THE HOTEL SIGN AND SOME DOORS THAT ARE JUST DETERIORATED AND ABOUT COLLAPSED OR LOOK LIKE COULD BE RIPPED OFF.

HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL WIRING, IDENTIFIED LOOSE WIRES THROUGHOUT THE STRUCTURE, YOU HAVE A CABLE BOX OUT THERE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE OUTLET WITH.

EQUIPMENT, FAULTY WEATHER PROTECTION, SEVERAL SHATTERED WINDOW THROUGHOUT THE OFFICE STRUCTURE. IMPROPER WEATHER PROTECTION. INADEQUATE EXITS, SEVERAL AREAS THAT ARE BOARDED UP, ALLOWING PROPER USE FOR INJURY OR EXIT WAYS.

INACCURATE ADEQUATE SANITATION THROUGH THE INTERIOR OF THE STRUCTURE THERE ARE SEVERAL TOILETS AND SINKS THAT AREN'T PROPERLY MAINTAINED. NUISANCE IN THE INTERIOR, YOU SEVERAL AREAS THAT ARE DILAPIDATED, COLLAPSED CEILINGS AND YOU SEE SOME WIRES AND HOSES HANGING THROUGH. HAZARDOUS ELECTRICAL WIRING THROUGH THE INTERIOR.

SEVERAL BOKS AND WIRES EXPOSED THROUGH THE CEILINGS AND THROUGH THE GROUND
