OUR OVERALL PURPOSE IS TO ADMINISTER THE PROVISIONS OF THE CITY CODE FOR THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF STRUCTURES, AND LANDS DEEMED BY THE COMMUNITY TO BE OF UNIQUE HISTORICAL ARCHITECTURAL OR CULTURAL VALUE. SO FIRST ITEM ON THE AGENDA, WE

SOMETHING INTERESTING TO NOTE THAT WAS IN YOUR STAFF REPORT IS THE HOUSE WS BUILT CLOSE TO 1939 OR 1940 BY A GENTLEMAN NAMED W.

RUFUS SIVLEY. THE INTERESTING THING ABOUT MR. SIVLEY IS HE CONSTRUCTED THE BLUE CROSS -- BLUE SHIELD BUILDING, AND THE UNIVERSITY GYM NAIZ YUX.

THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL DIFFERENT OWNERS, BUT THE CURRENT APPLICANT HAS OWNED THE PROPERTY FOR QUITE A WHILE.

SO WE'LL BEGIN LOOKING AT PICTURES AS WE LOOK AT THOSE DAIMS. I DID MENTION THE LOCATION BEING IN BETWEEN SOUTH 11TH AND SOUTH 12TH, ROFS AVENUE AND SANTOS.

THE PROJECT IMPROVEMENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND SUBSTANTIALLY COMPLY WITH THE PROJECT PROPOSAL, OR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS. THAT CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS YOU MAY REMEMBER HER FROM LAST YEAR.

SHE DID RECEIVE THAT, JUNE 22ND, 2021.

IN LOOKING AT THE CRITERIA AND LOOKING OVER THE RECEIPTS, SPEAKING WITH THE APPLICANT, IT DOES LOOK AS THOUGH THE PROJECT IS ELIGIBLE.
