ON THE MONTHLY CHANGE BUT THEIR NONREVENUE PASSENGERS WERE -- WHICH IS AMERICAN EAGLE EMPLOYEES AMERICAN AIRLINES EMPLOYEE, ESSENTIALLY WAS UP 45%.

THAT WAS -- THEY WERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A FEW VACANT SEATS. WE ARE UP YEAR TO DATE WITH A STABLE FLIGHT SCHEDULE AND THE STABLE FLEET OF AIRCRAFT WHICH WE'LL GET INTO THAT IN JUST A MINUTE.

12% SOLID GROWTH FOR YEAR TO DATE 2022 OVER '21.

WE DID SEE AN INCREASE IN OUR PARKING LOT REVENUE OF 21.6%. THAT WAS A HUGE INCREASE.

WELL, REMEMBER, OCTOBER 1ST, WE INCREASED THE RATES OUT THERE. THAT WAS A GOOD ATTRIBUTION AND GIVES US CHANGE IN REVENUE THAT WE DESPERATELY IMMEDIATE. THAT 21.6% IS A BIG IMPROVEMENT FOR US. RENTAL CARS ARE UP ABOUT 4%, 4.3% FOR THE MONTH AND 4.46% FOR THE YEAR.

SUNDAY TO MEET WITH OUR CONGRESSIONAL DELEGATION ON MONDAY. AND THEN SOME FEDERAL AGENCIES ON TUESDAY TO HELP MAKE THE CASE FOR OUR AGENDA AS FAR AS AIR SERVICE GOES. AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS GO AND LOOKING FOR SOME EXTRA FUNDING BEYOND OUR FAA GRANTS OUR TYPICAL FAA GRANTS.

FOREST SERVICE RAMP PROJECT. OUR REPRESENTATIVE, TEXAS HOUSE OF HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, SAM LAMBERT IS FORGING AHEAD WITH THAT IN A BILL IN THE NEXT SESSION THAT WILL FUND THIS PROJECT.

FUEL FARM RELOCATION. I TALKED WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER AT ABILENE ARROW. THEY ARE GETTING CLOSE.

HE DID NOT WANT TO BRING IT TO THIS BOARD, POSSIBLY DECEMBER TO LOOK AT THEM ENDING THEIR LEASE TO ENCOMPASS NEW AREA OF LAND FOR A NEW ABOVE GROUND FUEL FARM. WE'RE HAVING TO COLLECT THAT FOR THE CUSTOMER FACILITY CHARGE.

IT'S $3 PER CHARGE ON EVERY CAR RENTAL OUT OF THE AIRPORT. AND WE NEED ABOUT TWICE AS MUCH MONEY AS WHAT WE'VE GOT IN THE BANK RIGHT NOW WITH

WE DID A ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY TO SEE IF THERE HAD BEEN ANY HAZARDOUS CHEMICALS LEFT BY HERTZ AND FROM FUEL SPILLS AND SUCH AND IT CAME BACK CLEAN. WE'RE LEAVING IT IN THEIR HANDS NOW TO COME BACK AND SAY, HEY, WE'RE READY TO DO THIS. I THINK THEY ARE PROBABLY WAITING UNTIL WE GET INTO NEW LEASE NEGOTIATIONS WHICH WILL PROBABLY START WITH THEM AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR. IT'S IN HOLD OVER.

THEIR CURRENT LEASES MEANING THEY HAVE EXPIRED BUT THEY ARE OPERATING UNDER THE SAME TERMS. AND WE WILL HAVE NEGOTIATIONS WITH THEM AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR, PROBABLY REALLY EARLY IN THE NEW YEAR TO GET A NEW LEASE WITH THEM.

AND SO BEGINNING ON NOVEMBER 30TH, WE'RE DOWN TO FOUR FLIGHTS A DAY. IT GOES QUICKLY TO THREE FLIGHTS A DAY IN DECEMBER. WE ARE STILL KEEPING QUITE A WEALTH OF SEATS WITH FOUR A DAY.

WE WERE 8% UP. WITH THE THREE A DAY WE'RE A LITTLE BIT LESS. BUT WE'RE DEFINITELY AT LEAST EVENING OUT WITH -- THE CAPACITY WE'VE BEEN SEEING. THAT'S GOOD.

WE STILL HAVE THE SEATS AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, IT DOES PUT A CRUNCH ON THAT FREQUENCY.
