ANYWAY, WE RECEIVED ONE BID FOR THAT.

FROM TEINERT CONSTRUCTION. THEY ARE HERE IN TOWN.

THEY ARE LOCAL. THEY CAME IN AT $2,660,000.

BASICALLY, LOOKED AT WAYS TO REDUCE THE COSTS.

TEINERT WAS VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH ON THAT.

WE WERE ABLE TO COME UP WITH SOME IDEAS THAT SAVED ON THE COST, BUT IT DID NOT REALLY AFFECT THE OVERALL APPEARANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND, YOU KNOW, THE EFFECT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN THE TERMINAL. WE ARE STILL GOING TO GET THE PAINT DONE. OUR... I'LL GIVE A FEW EXAMPLES OF THINGS THAT WE PULLED OUT OR CHANGED.

SO IN ORDER TO PAINT THE CEILING IN THE TERMINAL, THERE IS BLOWN INSULATION ON THE CONCRETE CEILING, OUR ARCHITECT THOUGHT THAT IF YOU PAINTED IT, THE PAINT WOULD BE ABSORBED INTO THAT INSULATION, AND WE WOULD END UP WITH GLOBS OF INSULATION FALLING OFF. SO THEY TALKED WITH THE COMPANY THAT ORIGINALLY INSTALLED THIS BLOWN INSULATION.

THEY SAID YES, THAT IS WHAT WILL HAPPEN.

WHEN WE GOT THE BI, THAT WAS ABOUT $400,000 IN THE BID.

THAT PIECE OF THE... THAT PIECE ALONE.

I'M SORRY. IT WAS $285,000.

THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS $400,000.

SO TEINERT SAID "WE THINK WE CAN PAINT THIS." THEY BROUGHT THEIR PAINTER OUT, AND THEY SPRAYED IT AND IT LOOKS FINE. AND WE HAVEN'T HAD... THEY DID THIS LAST WEEK. THERE HAVEN'T BEEN ANY... THE INSULATION IS NOT FALLING OFF IN THE AREA.

IT LOOKS FINE. WE HAVE DECIDED TO ACCEPT THAT $285,000 SAVINGS. WE ARE HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

ONE OF THE BIG THINGS THAT CAME OUT OF THAT WAS THAT WE DID N NOT... WHAT WE HAD TO CUT OUT... WE HAD TO CUT OUT THE NURSING MOTHER'S ROOM. THAT WAS $24,000 SAVINGS IN ITSELF. WE WILL LOOK AT SOME OTHER OPTIONS TO DO. THAT WE WILL STILL RETAIN THAT FAMILY OR ASSISTED REST ROOM THAT WE WANTED TO HAVE THERE WITH THE ADULT-SIZED CHANGING TABLE.

ANYWAY, TO BE ABLE TO ALLOW, YOU KNOW, SOMEBODY TO BE ASSISTED IN THAT REST ROOM. SO THAT WILL HAPPEN.

WE STILL GET THE REST ROOM RENOVATIONS.

SO ONE OF THE SURPRISES WAS THE SOLID SURFACE COUNTERTOPS THAT WAS SPECIFIED IN THE BID WHICH IS A SIMILAR MATERIAL TO WHAT'S IN OUR REST ROOMS RIGHT NOW, A DIFFERENT DESIGN AND COLOR AND EVERYTHING, BUT WE SAID, HEY, SHOW US AN EXAMPLE.
