WE HAD REDUCTIONS AS WELL, EVEN THOUGH , WE WILL LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF SEATS, BUT WE ALSO HAD THAT REDUCTION OF FLIGHTS WITH THAT 175 COMING IN NOVEMBER 30TH, AND CONTINUES TO DO SO TODAY. THAT WAS FRUSTRATING WHEN WE SAW THAT SCHEDULE CHANGE THAT AMERICAN PUT OUT, THAT REDUCTION OF 18% OF THEIR SYSTEM IN OCTOBER, AND KATE AND I PARTICULARLY KIND OF GNASHED HER TEETH AT THAT. I'M SIR IT WAS FRUSTRATING FROM AMERICANS STANDPOINT TO NOT BE ABLE TO SELL THOSE SEATS, BUT I THINK IT SERVED THE PASSENGERS WELL FOR THE MOST PART , SO ANYWAY , BUT WE BELIEVE THAT IS THE BIGGEST CONTRIBUTING FACTOR TO BEING DOWN 18% IS NOT HAVING THE CAPACITY THAT WE HAD, SYSTEMWIDE. HOWEVER , WE ENDED THE YEAR WITH REVENUE PASSENGERS UP 7%, AND , BUT THAT LEAVES US DOWN 5% OVER 2021. SO ANYWAY . LOOKING AT OUR PARKING LOT , PARKING LOT REVENUE , HAS PERFORMED WELL. WE WERE AT 1.5% FOR DECEMBER, AGAIN REFLECTIVE OF THE REDUCTION IN PASSENGERS IN DECEMBER , BUT OVERALL FOR THE YEAR , UP 7.86% , AND I WILL PROBABLY SAY THIS FOR THE LAST TIME, LOOKING BACK , THAT WE DID RAISE THE RATES IN THE PARKING LOT BY 11% , THAT BEGAN OCTOBER 1ST. THE FUNDING IS ALREADY IN PLACE FOR THAT , SO WE ARE EXCITED TO GET THAT GOING.
