THIS INCLUDES FIVE TASK GROUPS AND I'LL GO OVER EACH OF THOSE AND YOU COULD SEE THAT THE FIST TASK IS ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT. THE SECOND IS DATA DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE, THIRD IS SHORT-RANGE PLANNING AND FOURTH IS METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN AND FIFTH IS SPECIAL STUDIES. SO, THIS IS ON PAGE 8 OF YOUR DOCUMENT. IF YOU LOOK THERE, IT SHOWS THE FIRST ONE IS PROGRAM SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION. 1.2 SUBTASK IS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND TRAVEL. SUBTASK 1.3 IS PUBLIC PARTICIPATION, EDUCATION, TITLE VI AND ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE AND THEN, 1.4 IS PLANS AND PLANNING MANAGEMENT. IF YOU LOOK ON PAGE 13 OF YOUR DOCUMENT, YOU COULD SEE THIS IS SUBTASK 3.1, TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. 3.2 IS TRANSIT BICYCLE, AND MULTIMOBILE PLANNING AND 3.3 IS SHORT-TERM TRANSIT PLANNING AND THE TOTAL THERE IS ALSO ON YOUR SCREEN.

WE STARTED THAT TASK IN THIS UPWP AND WE'RE CONTINUING TO THE NEXT ONE. RESILIENCY PLAN, THAT'S 5.2. 5.3 IS TRANSIT, MULTIMODE ALPHA SILT. THIS IS A CITY LINK THAT'S DOING THE PLANNING THERE. AND THE LAST ONE IS 5.4 WHICH IS THE SAFETY ACTION PLAN. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I WILL POINT OUT,

WHEN WE LOOK AT THE TOTAL FUNDING, THERE'S A REMAINDER CARRY OVEROF $38,569.01. I WOULD LIKE TO AMEND THE DOCUMENT THAT YOU SEE IN FRONT OF YOU, AND THAT'S ADDITION OF $38,000 TO 5.4. ON THIS 5.4 WE'RE GETTING $50,000 TO DO A SAFETY PLAN. WE'RE WORKING WITH TEX TO THE AND THE TEXAS A & M TRANSPORTATION INSTITUTE. AND THAT $50,000 IS NOT INCLUDED BECAUSE IT'S ADDITIONAL FUNDS AND ONCE THAT IS AWARDED TO US, WE'LL AMEND THIS AND PUT IT IN. THERE ARE STILL DECIDING FACTORS ON WETHER OR NOT IT NEEDS TO BE IN. YOU COULD SEE ON THE 5.4, I HAVE $12,000, IN THERE AND THAT'S FOR STAFF TIME TO HELP WITH THE SAFETY PLAN. WHAT THIS $38,000 WILL DO IS ALLOW US TO CONTINUE TO PLAN AND DOING THAT SAFETY PLAN AND CONTINUING TO CARRY IT ON. SO, THAT'S ONE THING THAT I WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT IS THAT $38,000. SO, THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, ADOPTED THEIR TARGETS ON FEBRUARY THE 9TH, AND WE HAVE THE MPO HAS 1 FACT 80 DAYS AFTER THAT TO TAKE ACTION ON THAT. SO, WHAT YOU SEE IN YOUR BOOK IS THE FIRST PART THAT YOU'LL SEE IS A RESOLUTION, AND SO, THIS IS THE SAME RESOLUTION THAT WE PASSED TWO YEARS AGO WITH THE ADDITION THAT THE NUMBERS HAVE CHANGED, OF COURSE, BUT, WE HAVE PERCENTAGE OF PERSONAL MILES TRAVELED ON THE INTERSTATE SYSTEM, RATED RELIABLE. SITE SIX IS ALSO ON FM 1082, IT'S WIDENING THE ROAD, ADD SOME SHOULDERS, AND WIDTH TO THE ROAD. SITE 7, STATE HIGHWAY 76 THAT'S THE BICYCLE PED IMPROVEMENTS ALONG SEAS SOUTH 11TH. SITE 8 IS NEW TO THE LIST IT'S ON FM 18 TO PROVIDE FOR AN OVERLAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 36 TO THE CALAHAN COUNTY LINE.
