STAFF REVIEWED THIS PURSUANT TO THE SECRETARY OF INTERIOR'S STANDARDS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF HISTORIC BUILDINGS APPROVAL OF A CERTIFICATE APPROPRIATENESS OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF THE CERTIFICATE APPROPRIATENESS IS APPROVED, THE WORK SHALL COMMENCE AND SIX MONTHS OF APPROVAL OF THE LANDMARKS COMMISSION.
