IN COBB PARK, THEIR WANTING TO INSTALL SOME CONCRETE PADS. WE DON'T HAVE ANY CONCRETE PADS IN THIS PART. IT'S A SMALLER PART, BUT IT IS ACTUALLY A DIFFERENT COURSE THAT OFFERS AND OPPORTUNITIES A DIFFERENT WAY TO PLAY LIKE A WILL HAIR OR CAL YOUNG. WHAT THEY MEAN BY THESE CONCRETE PADS, I THINK IT'S FIVE BY 10.

THEY ARE VERY EXCITED ABOUT THE PROJECT. WE HAVE REVIEWED THIS SMALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT WITH THE PARKS MANAGER. WE WILL HAVE MICHAEL FLORES AND THAT GROUP INVOLVED WITH MAKING SURE THEY MEET THE REQUIREMENTS , AS WE DO HAVE REQUIREMENTS AS FAR AS HOW THOSE PADS ARE CREATED AND BUILT. WE HAVE HAD LONG DISCUSSIONS ON THE MAINTENANCE OF THESE LONG-TERM, AND THAT'S WHY WE'VE GONE WITH THE MATERIALS THAT WE RECOMMENDED TO USE, ESPECIALLY FOR THE ACTUAL BASE FOR THE BASKET ITSELF 118 TO PUSH THE CRUSHED GRANITE IN. INSTEAD OF USING OTHER MATERIALS THAT WILL HAVE TO BE INTENSIVE LATER ON. SO FROM THERE, WE USE THIS TOOL HERE TO KIND OF CATEGORIZED AND PRIORITIZED WHAT WE GOT FROM THE PUBLIC. AGAIN, WE ARE TRYING TO ENGAGE THE WATER A LOT MORE . A LOT OF PLACES OF PEOPLE CONJURE THEIR BOATS UP TO THE DOCK AND THEN USE THE PARK SPACE ITSELF. YOU WILL SEE THAT BIG GREEN SPACE THERE, BUT MOST OF THIS IS VERY PASSIVE APPROACH TO THIS PARK. AND SO WHAT YOU SEE IS WE HAVE INCORPORATED SOME PARKING , SOME KIND OF FLEX OPEN SPACE THAT PEOPLE CAN USE AS THEY SEE FIT, AND THEN REALLY TRY TO ENHANCE AND PRESERVE THE LAKEFRONT ACCESS THERE. ALAN REALLY ENHANCING THE ROADWAYS AND PARKING THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SITE. THE OTHER BIG ASPECT HERE IS TO PROVIDE A CONVENIENT STORE TRACK INTO GIVEN TO THE LAKE IF THEY NEED TO. THERE'S A LOT OF FISHING ACTIVITY , SO CREATING SPACE PEOPLE CAN ACCESS THE SHORES A LITTLE BIT MORE IN THE SAFER FASHION AND REALLY DIVE INTO FISHING OPPORTUNITIES HERE. THE TIER ONE IMPROVEMENTS HERE, THE BOAT RAMP AND THE DOCS AND FISHING PIERS ARE ALL BIG THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. THE SECONDARY ONES WILL BE THE TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS, BUT THIS PARK ITSELF I THINK IS UTILIZED QUITE HEAVILY ALREADY.
THE NEXT ONE IS CB PARK, WHICH IS A PRETTY INTERESTING PARK AS THERE IS A LISTING STUFF THERE ALREADY, BUT IT ALSO HAS A LOT OF VERY INTERESTING HABITATS. WE ARE REALLY DIVING INTO IT WITH THAT PLAN TO GET PEOPLE INVOLVED IN NATURE OVER IN THIS AREA OF THE LAKE. SO AS YOU ENTER ON THE WEST SIDE, WE WILL -- CLUB THERE, THEN BEEN ASKED TO EXPAND THE RUNWAY A LITTLE BIT MORE TO INCORPORATE A LITTLE MORE LENGTH . AS WE MOVE INTO THE SITE, WE CONTINUE TO ENHANCE THE ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PARK IMPROVEMENTS. AS WE GET FURTHER NORTH THERE, THIS IS WHERE WE START GETTING SOME BETTER ASPECTS OF THE PARK.
