THEY STUDIED THIS ISSUE, THEY CAME UP WITH RECOMMENDATIONS . YOU KNOW, ONE OF THOSE RECOMMENDATIONS , THIS ITEM , BEFORE I GET INTO WHAT THE CHANGES WERE , THE REGULATIONS ARE BASICALLY TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, BASIC PLANNING 101 , AND TO REGULATE THE AIRPORT HAZARD AREAS . MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARE COMPATIBLE WITH THE AIRPORT AND THE USE OF THE AIRPORT FOR REGIONAL TRAFFIC ON THE COMMERCIAL SIDE ON THE MILITARY SIDE. SO , IF YOU WERE TO LOOK AT THIS SECTION OF THE ORDINANCE , THEY ARE VERY HIGHLY TECHNICAL. THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE CLEAR ZONES IN THE RANGE OF HOW AIRPLANES APPROACH AND DEPART THE AIRPORT , AND MAKING SURE THOSE AREAS ARE CLEAR FROM ANY USES THAT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE IN THOSE SPACES. SO, IT IDENTIFIES ACCIDENT POTENTIAL ZONES , WAY ZONES, AND AREAS WHERE THESE ISSUES ARE ALREADY ALLOWED AT ALL, OR SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED AT ALL IN THOSE CRITICAL AREAS.

WE DON'T USE THE AIRPORT REGULATIONS VERY OFTEN , BUT BECAUSE DEVELOPMENT IS CREEPING CLOSER TO THOSE AIRPORTS , IT IS IMPORTANT TO REALLY GET AHEAD OF IT BEFORE HE STARTED HAVING ANY KIND OF CONFLICTS. SO, THAT IS WHY THE JLUS STUDY WAS CONVICTED , AND I SUMMARIZE WHAT THE STUDY WAS ABOUT.
