IT COVERS THE YEARS 2025 TO 2050 AND WE HAVE BEEN WORKING ON IT DOES MAKE FOR A WHILE NOW WE HAD A NUMBER OF PUBLIC MEETINGS AND IT IS OUT FOR PUBLIC REVIEW AND THIS DOES REQUIRE HEARING AT THIS CITY COUNCIL MEETING -- THAT WILL BE THE CLOSURE OF THE PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT PROCESS AND I WILL SAY THAT SOME OF THE COMMENTS, ALL THE COMMENTS THAT WE RECEIVED DURING THIS LAST 20 DAY REVIEW PERIOD HAS BEEN INCLUDED AND SENT THROUGH AN EMAIL AND YOU ALSO HAVE A COPY IN FRONT OF YOU THERE. THE TACH AT THEIR NOVEMBER MEETING WITH THE PROJECT LISTING, THEY WITHDREW THE FUNDING ON SYSTEM AND ILLUSTRATIVE ON SYSTEM. THE OFF SYSTEM PROJECTS AND OTHERS, THE FUNDED ON SYSTEM AND ILLUSTRATIVE ON SYSTEM PROJECTS WERE RANKED BY THE TAX. YOU WILL SEE THAT TACH DRINKING IN THE PACKETS. THEY DID NOT TAKE ACTION ON THE FULL DOCUMENT BECAUSE WE WERE IN THE PROCESS OF STILL DOING SOME REVAMPING OF THINGS LIKE THAT. THE ACTION REQUESTED IS APPROVAL OF THE FISCAL YEAR 2025, 2050 MTP, AND WITH THAT I WILL TURN IT OVER TO BILL. YOU CAN JUST CLICK ON THOSE AND IT

AND THE CATEGORY 70 CERTAIN TYPES OF SALES TAX ON VEHICLES, AND OTHER TYPES OF THINGS THAT GET THE PORTION THAT COMES OVER TO TRANSPORTATION AS WELL. THE OTHER TYPES OF BIG DOLLAR CATEGORIES THAT COME INTO PLAY -- OR WHAT IS CALLED CATEGORY FOUR ARE, I MISSED THE R UP THERE.
