WE BROKE THIS DOWN INTO SIX DIFFERENT CATEGORIES THAT WE COULD POTENTIALLY DISCUSS. THE FIRST TWO, I WILL PUT TOGETHER, ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS AND DAILY PASSES, IT IS NOT OUR RECOMMENDATION THAT WE CHARGE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS AND DAILY PASSES. A COUPLE OF REASONS. ONE, THESE ARE $28 MILLION FACILITIES THAT THE TAXPAYERS HAVE FUNDED AND WE FEEL THAT THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE ABLE TO COME TO THE BUILDING. THE SECOND PART OF THAT IS, BECAUSE WE ARE HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO PARTNER WITH THE PUBLIC LIBRARY, LIBRARIES CANNOT CHARGE . THAT IS AGAINST THE STATE LAW, FOR THEM TO BE ABLE TO CHARGE ENTRY FEES. IF WE DID WANT, IF PARKS WANTED TO RECOMMEND THAT WE DID CHARGE A DAILY FEE OR ANNUAL FEE, WE WOULD HAVE TO MAKE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR PEOPLE TO GET IN FREE, TO ACCESS THE LIBRARY, AND THEN CHARGE A DIFFERENT STEP WITHIN THE BUILDING. SO WE ADDED RIBBONS TO A COUPLE OF SPLASH PADS , TO KIND OF HELP WITH THAT PROBLEM. YOU CAN SEE HERE, THE GUYS BBONE OTHER RIBBON, THAT WAS AT SCARBOROUGH PARK. YOU CAN SEE THAT ONE IS A LITTLE WIDER, TO RETAIN THE WATER. SO, THE GUYS HAVE GONE AND DONE THAT. SO FAR, THIS WINTER, WE HAVE COMPLETED 131 WORK ORDERS. ALREADY, THE LABOR HOURS WERE 520 HOURS FOR THAT . AND THEN, SO FAR, THE PROJECTS THAT WE HAVE COMPLETED IN THE WINTERTIME, IT HAS BEEN THIS CONCRETE WORK FOR THE SPLASH PADS. WE REPLENISHED THE PLAYGROUND WOOD FIBER FOR SAFETY REASONS. ALSO, WE HAVE REPAIRED A FEW OF THE PLAYGROUND ELEMENTS .
