THE NEXT ITEM IS NORTH 18TH STREET, GRAPE TO MOCKINGBIRD, THE PAVEMENT IMPROVEMENTS WERE DONE AS NOTED LAST TIME AND THEY WERE WORKING ON THE STRIPING EARLIER THIS WEEK AND THAT IS COMPLETED AS WELL.
SO THAT WILL BE CLOSED OUT PRETTY SOON.
FOR ITEM NUMBER 8, SOUTH 7TH FROM DANVILLE TO PIONEER, THIS PROJECT IS BEING DONE IN SECTIONS SO THEY'RE DOING THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD CURRENTLY AND ONCE THEY GET THAT COMPLETED THEY WILL SWITCH OVER TO THE OTHER SIDE AND ALLOW TRAFFIC ON TO THE NEW PAVEMENT AS THEY IMPROVE THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. AND THEN FOR THE 9TH LINE ITEM, GLEN ABBY, THAT IS ANOTHER PROJECT THAT IS COMPLETED AND WILL BE REMOVED FROM THIS LIST. YEAH.
AND THAT'S ALL I HAVE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS.

MAPLE SOUTH 27TH TO THE EAST SOUTH 11TH THE DESIGN WORK THERE IS DONE, WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING WITH OUR LAND MANAGER TO GET THE REQUIRED EASEMENTS FOR THAT. AND THEN FOR THE NEXT PHASE OF MAPLE FROM 322 TO SOUTH 27TH THAT IS CURRENTLY BEING DESIGNED, IT'S APPROXIMATELY 98% DONE. JUST A COUPLE MINOR CHANGES TO BE DONE BY THE CONSULTANT AND THEN WE WILL GET THOSE -- THOSE SEALED PLANS AND THEN THAT WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT STEP OF WORKING WITH OUR LAND MANAGER TO GET THE EASEMENTS FOR THAT.
AND THEN FOR THE NEXT LINE ITEM, FOR S 7 LATERAL STATES THAT PROJECT IS DONE, IT'S BEING ADVERTISED CURRENTLY. THAT OPENED UP ON APRIL 22ND.
AND THEN FOR THE NEXT LINE ITEM S-10-B THAT PROJECT IS STILL 90% DESIGNED, WE'RE WAITING ON COORDINATION WITH THE UTILITIES DEPARTMENT.
THEY ARE WAITING FOR SURVEY TO BE DONE SO THAT THEY CAN GET THEIR DESIGN COMPLETED.
AND THEN ONCE THEY'RE DONE WITH THEIR UPDATES WE WILL COME THROUGH AND FINISH UP OUR DESIGN AND THEN REPAVE THAT ROAD. FOR THE FOURTH LINE ITEM, REBECCA LANE, THAT PROJECT HAS BEEN DESIGNED FULLY AND HAS BEEN BID OUT. WE WILL COORDINATE WITH THE CONTRACTOR TO DETERMINE A START DATE FOR THAT.
THERE IS GOING TO BE SOME UTILITY UPDATES IN THAT AREA FOR THAT PROJECT AS WELL SO WE NEED TO COORDINATE WITH THE UTILITY DEPARTMENTS FOR THAT.

FOR THE SEVENTH ITEM, OLD ANSON WALKABILITY PROJECT THAT IS STILL AT 30% DESIGN. KIND OF BEEN IN THE HOLDING PATTERN WAITING TO SEE IF WE CAN GET THE EASEMENTS FOR THAT AND AS OF THE LAST MEETING I BELIEVE WE HAD NONE OF THE EASEMENTS FOR THAT AND WE'RE REQUIRED TO OBTAIN SIX EASEMENTS AND WE CURRENTLY HAVE FIVE OF THOSE SO WE'RE MAKING GOOD PROGRESS ON OBTAINING THAT IN COORDINATION WITH OUR LAND MANAGER.
AND THEN THERE'S TWO NEW PROJECTS ON THE DESIGN HERE THAT THOSE WILL ACTUALLY BE MOVING UP TO THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE HOPEFULLY IN THE NEAR KNEW TOUR. THAT IS POLARIS RECONSTRUCTION.
THAT IS A DCOA PROJECT, IT'S BEEN FULLY DESIGNED, BIDS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND WE HOPE TO GET THAT ON THE CITY COUNCIL AGENDA FOR MAY 8TH AND THEN THE LAST PROJECT IS GREAT LAKES DRIVE, RECONSTRUCTION, AND IT'S KIND OF THE SAME THING, IT'S A DCOA PROJECT AND WE'RE HOPING TO GET THAT ON THE COUNCIL AGENDA ON MAY 8TH. THE DEADLINE FOR US TO SUBMIT EVERYTHING BACK IS THE AUGUST 15TH WHERE WE HAVE TO HAVE EVERYTHING SIGNED VIA DOCUSIGN AND THEN IT WILL -- THE EFFECTIVE DATE TAKES PLACE RIGHT AFTER THAT. AND THEN IT WILL GO FOR A FIVE- YEAR PERIOD SO AUGUST 31ST OF 2030.
