BUT THIS IS THEIR FIRST TAKE AT THE BUDGET. THIS IS NOT WHAT ULTIMATELY WILL BE THE GUARANTEED MAXIMUM PRICE PACKAGE THAT THEY GIVE US TO BUILD OFF OF. SO WE HAVE SOME NEGOTIATING, SOME WORKING TO DO WITH THEM ON THAT.
AND THIS IS THIS IS THE BEAUTY OF A CMAR. SO WE ARE ABLE TO WORK WITH THEM, FIND DIFFERENT WAYS OF CONSTRUCTING DIFFERENT MATERIALS THAT KIND OF STILL GIVE US THE SAME EFFECT THAT WE WANT TO SEE AND BE ABLE TO TO HAVE KIND OF A FLUID BACK AND FORTH ON WHAT WE CAN DO TO BRING THOSE COSTS DOWN AND STILL ACHIEVE THE PROJECT LIKE WE WANT TO ACHIEVE IT.

SO WE RECEIVED BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THIS PROJECT.
THE ROAD, INCLUDING THE SIGNAL LIGHT AT FM 18, HIGHWAY 36 INTERSECTION.
AND THEY THEY CAME IN ABOUT WHAT WE HAD REMAINING LEFT IN THE GRANT.
SO THAT WAS REALLY GOOD. WE HAVE AN ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATION TO GO TO THE LOW BIDDER, BANK BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED, AND A AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED THEIR BID AMOUNT OF $6,381,045.15. WE BID THIS AS A BASE BID OF CONCRETE, ALL CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION. THAT IS OUR PREFERENCE BECAUSE IT'LL LAST A WHOLE LOT LONGER.
