IF A SPECIAL EXCEPTION OR VARIANCE IS GRANTED BY THIS BOARD, THE APPLICANT HAS 180 DAYS FROM THIS DATE TO OBTAIN A BUILDING PERMIT.
IF ONE IS REQUIRED, A LONGER PERMITTED PERIOD OF TIME WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THIS BOARD IF REQUESTED BY THE APPLICANT AT THIS HEARING.

MOST OF THE PROPERTY IS UNDEVELOPED AT THIS TIME WITH THE SUPER EIGHT MOTEL BEING ON THE NORTHERN CORNER OF THE PROPERTY.
RECEIVED NONE IN FAVOR OR OPPOSED TO THIS REQUEST.
STAFF HAS FOUND THAT THERE ARE NO APPARENT CONDITIONS OF THE LAND THAT CREATE THE UNDUE HARDSHIP. GRANTING THE REQUEST WOULD NOT BE CONTRARY TO OR INJURIOUS TO THE NEIGHBORING PROPERTIES.
