GOD, WE THANK YOU FOR OUR LOVED ONES, FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT ARE NOT AS FORTUNATE AS WE ARE, BUT YOU HAVE GIVEN THEM THE REASONABLE PORTION OF THEIR HEALTH AND IN STRENGTH WE SAY THANK YOU.

GOD, WE COME THIS AFTERNOON TO PETITION YOU TO INTERVENE IN THIS PANDEMIC THAT IS WORLDWIDE. WE PRAY, GOD, BUT YOU WILL -- THAT YOU WILL GIVE MEN AND WOMEN THAT ARE WORKING TO FIND A VACCINE, NOT ONLY THAT WILL PREVENT THIS PANDEMIC BUT CURE IT. WE PRAY GOD THAT LET IT BE DONE IN A SPEEDY WAY.

GOD, WE THANK YOU FOR THE FIRST RESPONDERS AND FOR THE ONES IN THE MEDICAL FIELD THAT HAVE PUT THEIR LIVES IN JEOPARDY IN ORDER TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE THAT ARE SICK.

WE SAID THANK YOU. WE THANK YOU GOD FOR CITY AND FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE IN OUR CITY AND WE ASK YOU TO CONTINUE TO SHOWER YOUR FAVORS UPON US. OUR BIBLE TELL US THESE WORDS, IF MY PEOPLE WHO ARE CALLED BY MY NAME SHALL HUMBLE THEMSELVES AND PRAY AND SEEK MY FACE AND TURN FROM THEIR WICKED WAYS, THEN I WILL HEAL FROM HEAVEN AND HEAL THEIR LAND.

GOD, WE NEED A HEALING. WE NEED A HEALING RIGHT NOW. AND GOD, WE PRAY THAT YOU CONTINUE TO PROTECT ALL OF OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS AND WE ASK ESPECIALLY FOR PRAYER ON TAYLOR COUNTY IN OUR CITY OF ABILENE. BLESS THE MAYOR AND HIS CABINET AND COUNTY JUDGE IN HIS CABINET AND ALL THE ONES, GOD, THAT ARE STRIVING TO PROTECT US AND KEEP US SAFE.

HERE IS A GRAPHIC CONCEPT PLAN SHOWING WHAT THE PROPOSED PLACEMENT, WHERE THE PROPOSED PLACEMENT OF THE TOWER WILL BE ON THE LOT AND THERE ARE SOME DETAILS TO MAKE OUT THERE AND IT'S KIND OF HARD TO SEE BUT THEY WILL PROVIDE A MASONRY SCREENING HALL AROUND ANY KIND OF BASE EQUIPMENT ON THE GROUND FLOOR.

PERMITTED USE SITES IN THE GENERAL RETAIL ZONING. AS YOU CAN SEE AN ANTENNA TOWER IS PERMITTED WITH A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
